TSA pulls down man’s pants, has him arrested

by Lisa Simeone on February 6, 2012

Jayve Montgomery is a frequent flyer. Like many frequent flyers, he knows the drill. There’s nothing about the security checkpoint that’s new to him.

Except that he didn’t expect to have his pants pulled down, or to be arrested for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

That’s right — the TSA pulled Montgomery’s pants down, then blamed him and called the police. And the cops, rather than use good judgment and call the TSA out for its behavior, further humiliated him by handcuffing him and hauling him away.

Take a look at the video, and note all the other passengers blithely passing by, ignoring what’s going on right in front of their faces. As I’ve pointed out so many times about the sentiment in this country, “as long as the abuse is happening to someone else and not me, I don’t care!”

This is the USA. These are our “values” on display.
