TSA reimburses a fraction of claims of stolen items

As we’ve been reporting for a long time now, theft either by or because of the TSA is routine at airports across the country, every day. Jacksonville, Florida is no different, as you can see in this video.

    Charles, I’ve been wondering if you, on behalf of Consumer Traveler, are the person who requested this information from the TSA and/or local airports. This was obviously a concerted effort on someone’s part to gather this information and I thank whoever did it.

    Every little bit of bad PR for the TSA helps.
