Following is an account from a reader who has experience with TSA Pre-Check — as you’ll see, she confirms what we’ve been telling you for over a year now — that it’s a boondoggle and an extortion racket — and who also has experience with being abused by the TSA. She was temporarily disabled when she flew. The TSA first bullied her, then went against their own procedures and forced her to remove her leg cast. Still that wasn’t enough. TSA harasses two disabled children in Philadelphia

Reader LeeAnne Clark has given us permission to reprint her account of watching the TSA harass two disabled children at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). As we’ve reported at TSA News many times, the TSA seems to have a penchant for singling out children, the elderly, the disabled, the sick, the weak, those least able to fight back — though they also heap plenty of abuse on other people, as well.

Disabled elderly man detained by TSA, misses flight


There’s been so much abuse by the TSA over the past several days it’s hard to keep up. From the deaf man who was mocked to the Make-A-Wish child who was hassled to the woman who was strip-searched and whose feeding tube was contaminated to the whole host of disabled people who’ve been abused, we now add the story of an elderly disabled man traveling with an oxygen machine who was detained, grilled, scanned three times, and made to miss his flight. Oh, and his daughter was threatened for good measure.      Continue reading “Disabled elderly man detained by TSA, misses flight”
